“Understanding the research around digital distraction is empowering to me, as I will be able to have conversations with many user groups on campus about it (students, faculty, staff, etc.).”
— Sep '25 cohort trainee
“The structure of the course ('categories', 'strategies') has given me language to support students beyond them saying 'I'm stressed and distracted, and I don't know how to deal with it.'”
